We think like hoteliers and developers; we are storytellers, we champion sustainability. The studio is led by Reza Rahmanian, a RIBA Chartered Architect with 25 years' experience in hotel and resort design. He leads a small team based at our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Reza works very closely with our clients, adapting to changing requirements, with continuous involvement from start to finish.

We work primarily across the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East on 4- and 5-star hotels.

Previous projects include award winning Ishtar Kempinski Dead Sea Resort & Spa Hotel in Jordan, the Exterior design of Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi and the Amavi Resort & Hotel Spa, Paphos, Cyprus.
